Vision & Mission
What we are working towards, and how we intend to get there.
Our Vision
An ecosystem in which every patient facing organ failure has a fair opportunity to receive the care, support and hope they deserve — and in which organ donation is understood, discussed openly and treated as a shared responsibility.
Our Mission
- To ensure that no patient facing organ failure has to navigate the journey alone.
- To create honest, accessible awareness about organ donation and address the myths that stop families from saying yes.
- To support patients and families across the full continuum of care — before, during and long after transplantation.
- To provide financial assistance to eligible patients facing the cost of evaluation, transplantation and follow-up.
- To contribute to education, training and capacity building across the transplantation ecosystem.
- To bring patients, families, healthcare professionals, transplant centres, donors, institutions and communities together.
Our Values
Compassion first
Every family we meet is living through something difficult. How we treat people matters as much as what we deliver.
Honesty over persuasion
We give people accurate information and let them decide. Organ donation should be an informed and ethical choice, never a pressured one.
Dignity for donor families
A donation is an act of extraordinary generosity made during grief. We honour it as such.
Collaboration
We work with hospitals, transplant centres, NOTTO, SOTTO Odisha, institutions and volunteers rather than in isolation.
The promise we made
Sankalp means resolve. On 4 September 2026 we made our resolve public, before ministers, doctors, transplant specialists, patients, donor families, social workers and volunteers.
