About Us

Our Story

Eternal Gift Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to building a compassionate, accessible and sustainable ecosystem for patients and families affected by organ failure.

Care. Connect. Cultivate. Commit.

Our approach is rooted in four simple principles. We care for patients and families, connect them with the people and support they need, cultivate awareness and understanding around organ donation, and commit to being part of their journey through every stage of transplantation.

Care

We care for patients and families living with organ failure — through the waiting, the evaluation, the transplant and the years that follow.

Connect

We connect patients with the doctors, transplant centres, coordinators, institutions and information they need, and connect the wider community to the cause.

Cultivate

We cultivate awareness and understanding of organ donation through education, community engagement and honest conversation.

Commit

We commit to the whole journey, not a single moment in it. Support does not end when a surgery does.

A journey, not a surgery

We believe that organ transplantation is not simply a surgery—it is a journey that begins long before the transplant and continues throughout a patient’s life. Our aim is to support this entire continuum of care, from awareness, diagnosis, evaluation and pre-transplant management to transplantation, rehabilitation and long-term post-transplant follow-up.

  • Awareness and early recognition of organ failure
  • Diagnosis, evaluation and pre-transplant management
  • Transplantation and the hospital stay
  • Rehabilitation and recovery
  • Long-term post-transplant follow-up

Bringing the community together

At the heart of Eternal Gift Foundation is the vision of bringing patients, families, healthcare professionals, transplant centres, donors, institutions and communities together. We work to help patients navigate the complexities of organ failure and transplantation while creating stronger connections to the information, guidance, resources and support they need.

Beyond patient support, we are committed to creating greater awareness and education around organ donation. Through community engagement, educational initiatives and meaningful conversations, we aim to address myths and misconceptions, encourage informed and ethical organ donation, and build a society that better understands the life-changing impact of giving.

Strengthening the ecosystem

We also recognise that a strong transplant ecosystem requires more than medical infrastructure. It requires trained healthcare professionals, transplant coordinators, social workers, volunteers, institutions and communities working together with compassion and purpose. The Foundation therefore seeks to contribute to education, training, capacity building, patient navigation and collaboration across the transplantation ecosystem.

Our purpose

Our purpose is simple yet far-reaching: to ensure that no patient facing organ failure has to navigate the journey alone. By creating awareness, strengthening patient support and bringing the transplant community together, Eternal Gift Foundation strives to build an ecosystem where every patient has a fair opportunity to receive the care, support and hope they deserve.

One Gift. Boundless Hopes.
