Foundation Policies
How Eternal Gift Foundation operates, and what you can hold us to.
Ethical conduct
The Foundation does not participate in, facilitate or benefit from any commercial dealing in human organs. We do not match donors to recipients, do not influence allocation, and do not accept payment from any patient for support or guidance.
All awareness work is informational. We give people accurate information and let them decide. We do not pressure any individual or family to pledge or to consent to donation.
Privacy and confidentiality
Information shared with us by patients, donor families and volunteers is treated as confidential. We do not publish names, photographs or stories without explicit consent, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.
- Personal and medical information is shared only with those directly assisting that person, and only with permission
- Stories may be published anonymously at the individual’s request
- Contact details are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing
Use of funds
Donations fund patient financial assistance, awareness programmes, community education and the Foundation’s operations. Financial assistance is reviewed on documented medical need and financial circumstances, applied consistently.
Questions and grievances
If you believe the Foundation has fallen short of these policies, tell us directly. Every concern is reviewed by the Foundation’s leadership.
